Altecnic Limited and Appliance Brassware Limited (Cottam and Preedy Ltd) confirm that court action HC08C01038 proceeding in the High Court of Justice has been settled amicably and Altecnic Limited has decided not to sell the Calflow valve which is the subject of those proceedings after 22 December 2010.
